  • Television Contributions: Prem Sagar's influence extended into the realm of television, where he produced and directed photography for many iconic serials. These include epic shows like Ramayan, Shri Krishna, Vikram Betaal, Sai Baba, Ganga, Alif Laila, Shani, Bajrang Bali, and Durga. His work in these serials continues to be celebrated for its visual brilliance and storytelling.

  • Awards and Honors: Throughout his career, Prem Sagar has received over 15 awards for Best Cinematography from across India. His accolades also include prestigious recognitions like the Live Time Achievement Award from the Indian Television Academy, Telly Chakkars, and more than 20 awards for his work in TV serials. His international recognition includes the UNESCO Award in Tokyo, a Silver Medal in the USA, and multiple Bronze Medals in South America.

  • Academic Excellence and International Recognition: Prem Sagar is also a gold medalist from the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) in motion picture photography. His international credentials are equally impressive, with honors such as ARPS (Associate of the Royal Photographic Society, U.K.), AFIAP (Associate of the Federation de l'Art Photographique, Paris), and FIIPC (Fellow of the India International Photographic Council).
