Krishna and Yashoda- High Quality Print of Artwork by Pieter Weltevrede

Once during childhood Krishna’s cowherd friends complained to his mother that Krishna was eating dirt. Mother Yashoda scolded Krishna to which he replied that he hasn’t eaten dirt. Yashoda didn’t believe him and asked him sternly to open his mouth. As Krishna opened his mouth, Yashoda saw entire universe inside his mouth – planets, stars, Lokas. Yashoda understood that his son was the supreme Godhead; all the living and non-living objects in this world are a part of the supreme God. Krishna later erased this incident from Yashoda’s mind so that Yashoda could treat him again like his son.

The Artwork is printed on Felix Schoeller coated matte paper imported from Germany, which is a type of paper specifically designed to have a smooth, non-reflective surface.
