Samudra Mantha- the churning of ocean- Devas (demi-gods) and Asuras (demons) collaborate to churn the ocean of milk to obtain Amrit, the elixir of life. Mount Mandar is used as a churning rod and serpent Vasuki as the churning rope. Turtle Kurma, an incarnation of Hindu god Vishnu, supporting Mount Mandar from sinking, and Lord Vishnu sitting atop Mount Mandar. Samudra Manthan yields Amrit as well as the deadly, lethal poison, Halahal, thereby it is process which produces both life and death.

The Artwork is printed on Felix Schoeller coated matte paper imported from Germany, which is a type of paper specifically designed to have a smooth, non-reflective surface. The printing process utilized Epson Ultrachrome HDX inks, known for their high-quality and durability, if framed and displayed under specific conditions like room temperature will last for few decades .
