Saraswati Mandala is a sacred geometrical diagram to invoke Goddess Saraswati.
Saraswati is the consort of Hindu God Brahma, the god of creation. She is the goddess of arts, music, knowledge, and wisdom. She is the knowledge form of Adi Shakti—the primordial feminine energy. She is among the Hindu Trinity goddesses, the other two being Lakshmi and Kali. She is an important goddess mentioned in the Rigveda. She is also referred to as a mighty river in the Rigveda. Festival of Vasant Panchami is dedicated to her, celebrated on the fifth day of Vasant or spring season. She is depicted as four-armed, holding rosary, Veena (harp), veda, and flying on her animal mount, White swan.
