Tatpurusha is a form of Hindu god Shiva- the destroyer. Tatpurusha form represents the supreme being inside a human being, represents ascetics, and faces eastward. He is depicted as four-armed god, standing on one leg with swaying hairlocks, and holding rosary and trident.
